In this business model, OSSoftware organizes a unique team with right personnel, project managers, and equipment / infrastructure to based on project requirements.  The time and materials model offers our customers flexibility to dynamically change team size and project workloads. Customers pay a weekly/monthly development fee based on the composition and size of the project team. OSSoftware also offers the flexibility of bidding for partial phases of a project on a fixed time, fixed price basis and the remaining parts on a time and material basis.
