Peter founded OSSoftware in 2008. As the founder and General Manager of OSSoftware, Peter is responsible for the strategic direction of the company. A critical factor in OSSoftware's success is his devotion to honesty, and the channeling of his active and enthusiastic personality into company spirit.

Peter served as a Project Manager of BB of China, where he was in charge of Project management,A&D. Before joining Internet Weekly, Peter played a technical director role at some other top 5 company of China.

Peter received a Bachelor's degree in Science from Hunan University in 2001.

Mr. Xiaoyu Xu

Vice President, Business Development

As a vice president of Business Development, Mr. Xu is responsible for the company's business development strategy and overseeing its expansion into new global markets. Mr. Xu's extensive project management experience along with his research and analysis ability are a Shinetech treasure. Prior to joining Shinetech, Mr. Xu served as a consultant in Accenture Japan, one of the largest IT consulting companies in the world; where he learned the critical criteria for IT Business. Before joining Accenture, Xu worked for a Sweden Autodiagnos Company as chief representative.

 

Xu earned a Master's degree in Science from the Tokyo Institute of Technology and a bachelor's degree in Science from Beijing Institute of Technology.

Mr. Frank Zhang
Chief technology officer

Frank is responsible for leading the company's technology strategy and development, defining the company's technical vision and ensuring advanced technology adoption. His rich experience in project management and technical leadership in Application Software, Database development, E-commerce, and website construction empowers Shinetech to deliver high quality service . Prior to joining Shinetech, Frank served as a chief developer in the Network Dept. of eNet Company Ltd.(http://www.mofcom.gov.cn); where he led an engineering team to design and develop the first mature ecommerce platform in China and a cutting edge content management system.

 

Frank received a Bachelor's degree in Science from Beijing Institute of Technology.
