We hold regurly scheduled (usually weekly) project meetings with clients to synchronize our mutual view of projects, share information, discuss open issues, and solve problems.

Project report to senior management and the customer

	Team member's report daily to their project manager summarizing his or her daily work.
	A weekly project report is generated to update our customers and own senior manager of project status, risk potential, etc.

Project Development Plan tracking and control

	The project's actual progress status is continuously communicated to our customers via the team member's daily report, project regular meeting, and our frequent direct customer communication.
	Customer can monitor their project progress by reviewing the weekly project plan.
	Our project management communications will clearly identify any potential risk allowing Shinetech to work with our customers to mitigate any potential risk.
	Shinetech's project management communications will clearly alert Shinetech and the client if there is a deviation from the original project plan allowing Shinetech to work with the client to get the project back on track.

Project managers monitor client communication channels ensuring that clear communication transpires and a trustful relationship is developed with our customers.
